In 2021, Isaac and I took a leap of faith to purchase and become custodians of this land — a property and business that held so much potential, but even more heart.
What began as a dream has slowly grown into something far deeper.

Over the past few years, this place has been shaped by muddy paws, children’s laughter, campfires under big skies, and the quiet magic of families simply being together. To every wonderful family and every gorgeous dog who has camped here and supported us — thank you. You haven’t just visited, you’ve helped create the spirit of this place.

Our vision has always been simple: a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and make joyful memories that linger long after they leave. Seeing that vision come to life through you all has been the greatest gift.

We also want to acknowledge our own family — the hands behind the scenes, the encouragement when things felt overwhelming, and the love that has helped shape this property into what it is today. Your continued support means more than words can hold.

As we move into this year, we’re gently shifting our focus inward. Many of our regulars know that starting our own family has been a journey with its challenges, and this year we’re choosing to slow down and honour that space.
With that comes a commitment to preserving the peaceful, grounded energy here while we navigate this season of life. This may bring reduced camping capacity at times and longer response times than usual.

Cedarvale Park is a family run camping grounds, in the quiet hills, just a short and pretty drive through the countryside behind Kilcoy – Close to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Isaac & Tammy Burton are the proud new owners of Sandy Creek Campin. The Camp Site has been renamed to Cedarvale Park. The camp site will be undergoing new developments. Including New facilities, Hiking tracks, Horseback Adventures and much much more
